Conservative influencer and children’s book author Ashley St. Clair has publicly called on Elon Musk to finalize their co-parenting agreement, following her recent disclosure that she gave birth to his 13th child five months ago. St. Clair, 26, made the announcement on X (formerly Twitter) on February 14, 2025, stating that she had kept the birth private to protect their child’s safety and privacy. However, due to increasing media speculation, she felt compelled to go public.
In a subsequent statement, St. Clair expressed disappointment over Musk’s lack of public acknowledgment and urged him to “finish their agreement” regarding co-parenting responsibilities. Her representative, Brian Glicklich, noted that while they had been working privately on the agreement, tabloid interference forced the matter into the public eye.
Musk, 53, has not directly addressed St. Clair’s claims. His only public reaction was a brief “Whoa” in response to a post suggesting that St. Clair had been planning to have his child for years. This prompted St. Clair to criticize him for engaging with rumors instead of addressing their co-parenting situation.
St. Clair described her relationship with Musk as starting through social media interactions, leading to a brief romance. She claimed that Musk wanted to keep their child a secret for safety reasons, providing her with a lavish lifestyle but demanding confidentiality. During her pregnancy, she felt isolated and had limited communication with Musk. Facing harassment from obsessive fans and emotional stress from living in secrecy, she decided to go public to seek a normal life for her son.
This situation adds to Musk’s complex personal life, as he has 12 other children with three different women. Notably, musician Grimes, the mother of three of his children, filed a petition in late 2023 to establish parental rights, indicating ongoing challenges in Musk’s co-parenting relationships.
As of now, representatives for both Musk and St. Clair have not provided further comments.
